Sorry we don't maintain copies of the code you mention. I'm not aware of where those would be.
There was turnover when RAF_Dynotech decided to shut down our old site, and refused to let me have any former content from it. Perhaps they were in that, but long gone now. I have rebuilt our sites you see here, from ground-0, from scratch after that.
