This is an awesome pilot report on the DCS Fw 190 D-9 model, and the Bf 109 and Dora in general, by a WWII Luftwaffe pilot with combat stick time in the Bf 109, Fw 190A and the Dora.
Watch the video, and you'll see Erich Brunotte isn't just some feeble old guy struggling to remember. This guy is the real deal, and with the mental sharpness and clarity of recall that makes his pirep incredibly credible and valuable.
It's a little long, at 30 minutes, but I think it's instructive and well worth the time.
Enjoy,
DCS Fw 190 Dora/Bf 109 Pirep

Very cool video, wish it was longer. I couldn't find part2 either but I did find another interview of him on October 08, 2014 http://video.flyingheritage.com/v/11607 ... unotte.htm

Yeah, I know they call it "Part 1," but I couldn't find a Part 2.
There are quite a few videos and write-ups about him online. Seems like a cool cat.
